This buffer consists of 1.0 M HEPES at a pH of 7.2 and was prepared using ultra pure reagents dissolved in DEPC treated pharmaceutical grade deionized water. This product is for research use only and is not intended for therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 1.0 M HEPES pH 7.2 is a concentrated stock solution and should be diluted appropriately with molecular biology grade water or equivalent to its final working concentration.
